Walt Bradley, founder of Healthcare Investigation and Training Solutions, LLC, served as the Senior Healthcare Investigative Specialist within the Ohio Department of Health’s Abuse Neglect and Misappropriation Unit (ANM) spanning a 16 year career (2000-2016).
Mr. Bradley identified the need for professional instruction for facility administrative staff, Administrators, DONs, Social Services, and Human Resource personnel in the areas of Investigation and Training. As a Corporate Trainer/Consultant, Walt will provide the training and resources to understand procedures necessary to produce, thorough, accurate, and complete ODH required reporting as well as additional corporate internal investigations.
Prior to his tenure with ODH Mr. Bradley was a 29 year veteran of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, his investigative expertise was utilized through the OSHP Training Academy as a Guest Instructor and an appointment as the OSHP Academy’s Regional Instructor for Northeast Ohio law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Bradley developed Criminal Patrol Investigative programs “FOCUS 98” and “Target 2000” which were disseminated statewide throughout the OSHP.
Mr. Bradley holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree from Youngstown State University in Police Science and Technology as well as a certificate in Public Safety and Private Security.
The Ohio Peace Officer Training Council Instructor Certificate was issued to Mr. Bradley in 1995 and Mr. Bradley was invited to instruct the inaugural class of the Youngstown State University (YSU) Police Academy in 2000.
